Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

For suno na yaar premium services

1. General Policy

At suno na yaar, we offer private emotional support conversations through paid plans. By purchasing any plan, you agree to this return, refund, and cancellation policy.

2. No Refunds After Purchase

All purchases made on suno na yaar are considered final. Since our services are time-based digital services, we do not provide refunds once a booking is confirmed, a time slot is reserved, or the service has been used.

3. Exception for Non-Use

If you have not used the purchased service and contact us within 15 minutes of payment, you may request cancellation and a refund review. Requests received after 15 minutes, or after the booked service has started, will not be eligible for refund.

4. Cancellation Request Process

To request cancellation under the above condition, email us at info@sunonayaar.com with the email used for booking, transaction or payment ID, selected plan, selected date and time, and a clear cancellation request.

5. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds, if approved by suno na yaar, will be processed within 15 business days and issued to the original payment method. Payment gateway or bank delays may apply.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If an approved refund has not arrived, first check your bank account, then contact your bank or card provider. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at info@sunonayaar.com.

7. No Physical Returns

suno na yaar does not sell physical products. Therefore, return or exchange of physical goods is not applicable.

8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately after being posted on this website.
