This plain-English agreement explains what suno na yaar offers, what it does not offer, how paid sessions work, and the respectful conduct expected from both customers and listeners.

1. What suno na yaar is
suno na yaar is a paid private listening and emotional support platform. When you book a plan, you are paying for a scheduled text, voice, or similar conversation with a human listener whose role is to hear you patiently, give you space to express yourself, and respond with ordinary human empathy.
2. What suno na yaar is not
suno na yaar is not a medical, psychiatric, psychological, counselling, therapy, emergency, or crisis intervention service. Our listeners are not acting as registered mental health professionals. They cannot diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, provide clinical treatment, or replace a doctor, therapist, counsellor, psychiatrist, or other qualified professional.
If you are under clinical treatment, taking psychiatric medication, experiencing severe symptoms, or need urgent professional care, please contact a qualified professional or emergency helpline instead of using suno na yaar as a substitute.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally competent to enter into a contract under Indian law, and using the service for yourself. You may not share your login, booking, payment access, or session link with another person.
4. Your confirmations
By booking or joining a suno na yaar session, you confirm that you understand the service is limited to empathy-listening and ordinary emotional support. You also confirm that you are not joining while in immediate danger, in an active self-harm or harm-to-others situation, or expecting clinical advice.
If your listener reasonably believes that your situation needs professional or emergency support, the listener may pause or end the session and guide you toward appropriate help. This is a safety step and is not a failure of service.
5. Respectful conduct
To keep the space safe, you agree not to abuse, threaten, harass, insult, intimidate, sexually engage with, solicit, record, expose, impersonate, or pressure any listener. You must not ask for personal contact, dating, private social media, off-platform communication, or any service outside the listening scope.
Any serious misuse may result in immediate session termination, account restriction, cancellation of remaining access, refusal of future service, and, where required, reporting to appropriate authorities. No refund is due where a session is ended because of misconduct.
6. What we commit to
suno na yaar will aim to provide a calm, private, and respectful listening experience within the plan and time slot you choose. Listeners are expected to stay within the service scope, avoid diagnosis or treatment advice, keep the conversation confidential subject to safety and legal obligations, and redirect you if the matter is beyond empathy-listening.
7. Privacy, data, and session records
We collect information needed to provide the service, such as your account details, profile details, selected concern, booking information, payment status, and messages or notes you submit through the platform. Where a third-party call or meeting tool is used, session handling may also be subject to that provider's terms.
If a session is recorded or reviewed for quality, training, dispute handling, or safety, we will use reasonable safeguards and limit access to authorised people only. We do not sell your personal information. We may retain booking and profile records as required for service, compliance, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, and safety purposes.
8. If you are in crisis
suno na yaar is not an emergency service. If you may harm yourself or someone else, or if you feel unsafe, please contact emergency help immediately. In India, you may call National Emergency 112. You may also seek professional support through recognised mental-health helplines such as iCall, Vandrevala Foundation, or a qualified clinician near you.
9. Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Paid plans are booked in advance through the payment options shown on the website. A booking reserves a time slot and selected plan. Refunds, cancellations, and non-use requests are governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, making a payment, booking a time slot, joining a scheduled conversation, or continuing to use the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not book or join a session.
11. Intellectual property
The suno na yaar name, logo, website design, session flow, written material, brand assets, and software are owned by or licensed to suno na yaar. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, commercially reuse, or redistribute our platform materials. You may, of course, speak honestly about your own experience with the service.
12. Grievance and disputes
For questions, complaints, data requests, or service disputes, contact us at info@sunonayaar.com. We will try to resolve concerns in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be governed by the laws of Karnataka, India, with courts at Bengaluru having jurisdiction, subject to any arbitration or dispute process required by applicable law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service develops. Material changes will be posted on this page and will apply from the stated effective date. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.
By joining your scheduled suno na yaar session, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, including the service-scope, privacy, conduct, crisis-support, and refund clauses above.
